deia comes from dea, Latin for goddess. We say it day-ah. It stands for strength and grace in the same breath, which is how we want every woman to feel at every stage of life.
Women run the world on empty. We fill the tank. We make a small number of supplements, make them well, and talk about women's health plainly. Menopause is called menopause here, not "the change".
We started with menopause because it's the stage that gets the least respect: a shrug from the system, a clinical aisle at the pharmacy, or a joke. Afterglow Daily is our first product and the reason the house exists. The rest of the collection covers the everyday basics that every woman's routine needs.

Who are deia products for?
Adult women, at every stage. Afterglow Daily is made for women in and after menopause. Bedrock, Daylight, Lights Out and Backbone suit any adult woman building a daily routine.
Can I take more than one product?
Many women combine them, and our sets are built that way. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
How do the strips work?
Daylight and Lights Out are thin films that melt on your tongue in seconds. No water needed. Daylight is for the afternoon; Lights Out is for bedtime and has no melatonin.
Are the products approved in Canada?
Each product needs a Health Canada product licence (NPN) before it goes on sale. We list every NPN on the product page, the pack and the ingredients page.
Are they vegan?
We'll confirm this product by product on the ingredients page once formulas are final.

- For safety, we can't resell or accept opened products outside the first-order promise.
- Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
